Every weekday we run a LinkedIn-wide universal scrape against your filter set — your role, level, location, salary minimum, target industries, and the exclusion lists you set during onboarding.

The output is filtered through your daily ban-list (companies you don't want, keywords you can't stand) before it ever hits your board. The default is conservative — most listings are silenced — because the quality of the funnel matters more than the volume.

Free clients see this as the public job board. Paid clients get the same data, plus everything downstream.

Every job that survives discovery is ATS-scored against your master CV. The score is a transparent percentage — keywords matched, skills matched, title alignment, format, tone — not a black box.

On Base and Plus we don't just show the score; we rewrite your CV until it clears 90+ for that specific role. Most untailored CVs land in the 40–60% range; ours typically clear 88–95%.

You see the deltas. If we add a keyword, it's marked. If we restructure a bullet, the original is preserved in your master. Nothing is hidden.

Tailored CVs, every single time.

Your master CV is the source of truth. For every application, we generate a tailored variant — different bullet phrasing, different keyword density, different section ordering — without you copy-pasting anything.

The variants are stored. If you want to see what we sent for the Stripe Senior PE role versus the Linear Staff Eng role, both files are in your dashboard.

ATS scoring is the gate; if a tailored CV doesn't clear 85%, it doesn't ship. We try multiple variants if needed and pick the highest-scoring one.

Our humans apply for you.

On Plus, real ops agents — not bots — submit your applications. They open the ATS portal, attach the right CV variant, answer the screening questions using your saved Q&A bank, and submit.

Why humans? ATSes are messy. Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, JazzHR, BreezyHR, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Pinpoint, Rippling — they all have quirks. Auto-applying with software produces a high junk-rate that gets your applications flagged.

Tier 2 "easy" ATSes (the eleven listed above) get the human-fast treatment. Stranger portals (Workday and beyond) we either skip or escalate to manual review depending on how much you want that role.

For every application, we surface the recruiter and (when findable) the hiring-manager dossier — full email, LinkedIn URL, company tier, last verified date.

Then we draft a follow-up in your voice. You see the draft, you edit if needed, you click send. We don't auto-send outreach because the wrong message at the wrong time damages relationships you're trying to build.

The daily tracker is the single screen you check each morning. Filter by stage, company, date, ATS-tier, or status. Skim it once a day; prep for the interviews that matter; ignore the rest.

Status pills cover the full lifecycle — applied, interviewing, draft (you haven't sent yet), queued (awaiting your sign-off on Plus), rejected. Match scores are visible per row.

Common questions.

Is the application really submitted by humans?
On Plus, yes. A real ops agent (not a bot) opens each job in your tracker, picks the right CV variant, answers the screening questions using your saved bank, and submits. We use software for the parts that scale (CV generation, ATS scoring, recruiter discovery) and humans for the parts that need judgment (which job to actually submit, how to phrase the cover note, whether to follow up).
What's the difference between Free, Base, and Plus?
Free is the LinkedIn-wide job board with full recruiter contacts — useful on day one even if you do everything yourself. Base ($200/mo) adds tailored CVs per application and drafted outreach you can review and send. Plus ($400/mo) adds the human apply step — we submit on your behalf, with priority outreach.
Which job boards do you scrape?
MVP scope is LinkedIn-wide universal scrape. Indeed, Naukri, and other boards are deferred — not because we can't, but because LinkedIn alone covers ~85% of the listings our target clients want, and shipping one source well beats two sources poorly. We'll add more once Plus subscribers are asking for them in measurable numbers.
How fast will I see results?
Free: instantly. Sign in with Google and the board is live. Base/Plus: your first daily kit (tailored CVs + recruiter dossiers) lands within 24 hours of completing onboarding. Applications start shipping the day after that on Plus, assuming your apply-profile is filled out.
Can I cancel or pause anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no questions, no calls. Pause with one click and resume later — paused accounts don't generate applications and aren't billed. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitments.
How is my data stored?
Encrypted at rest with AES-256 (Supabase Vault for ATS credentials and the most sensitive fields, AES-256-GCM with rotated keys for everything else). Row-level security per client. We never share your data with third parties. Right-of-erasure honored: hit Delete account and your data is purged within 30 days.
Do you guarantee interviews?
No. The name says "surge" not "guarantee" for a reason. We can guarantee the inputs — daily tailored applications, drafted outreach, recruiter contacts — and those inputs reliably produce more interviews than the manual approach for most candidates. But hiring is a function of role fit, market timing, and your interview performance. We don't sell promises we can't keep.
Where is the team based?
Small remote team. The product, engineering, and ops are run by people who've been on both sides of the hiring conversation — applied to hundreds of roles ourselves and recruited at startups. We picked this problem because we found existing automated services either too generic (mass-spam) or too expensive (boutique career coaching at $5k+).
