We’re a small remote team. Engineering, product, and ops are run by people who’ve been on both sides of the hiring conversation — applied to hundreds of roles ourselves, and recruited for engineering teams at startups.
We picked this problem because we kept watching friends and former colleagues burn weekends on the same broken loop: open LinkedIn, scroll, copy-paste a CV into a portal, write a generic cover note, never hear back. The market response was either mass-spam automation (auto-apply tools that submit your generic CV to 500 roles, get you flagged by ATSes, and damage your relationships with recruiters) or $5,000+ career coaching that mostly tells you what you already know.

Software handles CV generation, ATS scoring, recruiter discovery — anything where consistency wins. Humans handle the apply step, the screening Q&A, the recruiter dossier curation — anything where judgment matters. Most automated job-search tools get this split wrong.
Free should mean useful.
The free tier is the LinkedIn-wide job board with full recruiter contacts. Most product tours give you a watered-down preview. We give you something that's actually useful on day one, even if you do everything yourself.
